WalkMe can work on all Salesforce products. Each Salesforce product has a unique installation process.

Before you get started, make sure you know which type of license you have. To check, hover over an active salesforce tab in your browser. Your license type should appear there:Screen Shot 2014-09-17 at 12.11.23 PM

Download the Salesforce Installation Package
You may need to configure additional components:
Contact WalkMe Support if you’d like to configure the following:
  • Service Cloud Console for Users with a Professional License
  • Chatter
  • Data.com
